We were there for 8 days, everything was perfectly fine, thoroughly enjoyed its easy location close enough to Ebisu metro stn of the Sakaisuji Line, Shinsekai and Namba, and the center of Namba. Our room was brand-new and beautifully maintained with high ceiling and the overall experience was very pleasant...

The friendly staff upgraded us to a modern room with 2 queen beds. There were an electric kettle, a fridge and a cooktop too:)))

We had a fantastic stay at Bon Condominium Namba Ebisu in Osaka. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. We especially loved the access to the balcony, which provided a nice outdoor space. The location was great, with easy access to nearby convenient stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The property was also very responsive to our queries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Osaka.

We loved this apartment that ticked all the boxes for us. It is spacious, well-equipped and has a balcony to enjoy the lovely view. The facility is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect with a metro station nearby, making it easy to move around to popular tourist spots, and there are several convenient stores and restaurants in close proximity. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff spoke English fluently, which was helpful for us.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was located near train stations, making it easy to get around the city. There were plenty of food options nearby as well. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick.

There was no dining table or chairs in the room, making it challenging to eat comfortably. There was also not much privacy in the room since there were no partitions.

The hotel's location, near to the railway and Sakaisuji subway line, make it easy to travel around the city. There are also convenient stores nearby for any last-minute needs. the spacious rooms come with comfortable beds, but unfortunately, there aren't many tables and chairs for eating.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. the rooms were dusty, and the shampoo and conditioner holder was dirty.

During my Easter stay, I found the apartment to be well-equipped and spacious. the balcony was a great addition, offering a beautiful view of the city. the apartment was conveniently located with several stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the area, making it the perfect place to stay for tourists. Best aspects: the check-in process was contactless, which made it easy and safe during these challenging times. the location of the apartment was ideal, as it was only a short walk away from popular tourist destinations. the apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary facilities.

Despite the excellent location and amenities, I found that the cleanness of the apartment could have been better. the room, fridge, and microwave were dusty and could have used a little more attention during the cleaning process.
